Fairplane first approached Specific-Group because they were in need of a backend system to quickly enforce passenger claims, which meant automating their systems and processes. They also needed to import a vast amount of flight data quickly and securely.

The Solution

Specific-Group developed a backend system to integrate their processes in a flexible way. This allowed for near-real-time processing of all flight movements over Europe. Specific-Group integrated numerous internal and external systems including: software for lawyers, accounting, and online banking. NeoTel is a successful outsourcing partner for large companies in the telecommunications industry.
