The strategic investment in März Datenverarbeitung GmbH in October 2025 adds a strong team and technological expertise to our IT business area. The aim: to offer our customers innovative, future-proof solutions from a single source.
März DV, based in Munich, is a family-run IT service provider with over 40 years of experience – known for IT security, network and WLAN infrastructure, ERP systems as well as software development and support for IBM i / AS/400.
In future, Thomas Steinke (CEO März DV) and Franz Zahn (Managing Partner SPG Germany) will be at the helm, jointly managing the German location. At the same time, Jozef Dobsovic, Head of Delivery at SPG Germany, will assume the role of CEO of März DV – together with Thomas and Wolfgang Steinke.
With 80 IT experts, we are now pooling our strengths in software development, project management, network and security solutions.
Together, we want to strengthen long-term partnerships, build new customer relationships and actively support companies in their digital transformation.
